a. As an user of the Maple Bear Global Schools Intranet, I shall not, communicate, divulge, or use outside the operation of the Maple Bear School, or for the benefit of any other person(s), partnership, association, or corporation, any confidential information, including System which may be communicated to me, or of which I may be apprised, by virtue of my employment with Maple Bear. I shall use such confidential information only to operate the Maple Bear School in accordance with the Maple Bear Program. Any and all information, knowledge, know-how and techniques which I come to know in relation to the Maple Bear School shall be deemed confidential for purposes of this Agreement, except information which I can demonstrate came to my attention prior to disclosure thereof by Maple Bear Global Schools Ltd or which becomes a part of the public domain, through publication or communication by others, who by that communication are not breaching any obligation of confidentiality to Maple Bear Global Schools Ltd.
b. I acknowledge that any failure to comply with the requirements of this Agreement may cause Maple Bear Global Schools Ltd irreparable injury without any adequate remedy at law; and I shall be liable for all court costs and attorneys fees incurred in obtaining specific performance of the covenants contained in this Agreement or an injunction against any violation of the requirements of this Agreement.
